Energy Program Manager, Strategic Business Operations
Contribute to the organization’s long-term energy strategy by developing frameworks and conducting analyses. Coordinate internal energy initiatives and programs, including project planning, execution, and performance tracking. Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to centralize and organize energy information.

- Contribute to Google’s long-term energy strategy through frameworks and analyses
- Coordinate internal energy initiatives: project planning, execution, performance tracking
- Design and maintain data pipelines for energy portfolio analytics
- Analyze energy portfolio data (load performance, supply chain, market trends)
- Support energy procurement and sustainability reporting
Qualifications
- 4+ years in energy program management, utilities, or energy analytics
- Experience with data pipeline design and energy data management
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL and Python
- Understanding of energy markets, procurement, and sustainability metrics
- BA/BS in Energy, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
