Meta is seeking an experienced individual to support the development of cost-effective energy solutions for their growing fleet of data centers. Key responsibilities include supporting energy infrastructure strategy, establishing energy requirements, leading negotiations for energy infrastructure agreements, and building relationships with internal partners.
Responsibilities
- Support creation and execution of energy infrastructure strategies for data centers
- Establish energy requirements and lead negotiations for energy infrastructure agreements
- Build relationships with internal partners and identify process improvements
- Lead ad-hoc energy initiatives across the data center portfolio
- Coordinate with utilities on transmission, distribution, and interconnection processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years in energy program management at a utility, energy developer, or similar entity
- Working knowledge of transmission, distribution, and utility interconnection processes
- Experience with energy infrastructure negotiations and agreements
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- BA/BS in Energy, Engineering, Business, or related field
