Data Center Controls Engineer, Capacity Delivery

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. As a Data Center Controls Engineer, you will troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for BMS and EPMS related issues, develop controls logic programming and graphical user interfaces, and manage service contracts.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for BMS and EPMS issues in AWS data centers
- Develop and modify controls logic programming and graphical user interfaces
- Manage BMS and EPMS service contracts
- Visit locally assigned data centers for troubleshooting and vendor supervision
- Develop new processes and standards for data center controls systems
Qualifications
- BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
- 3+ years designing, configuring, or servicing HVAC controls and electrical SCADA systems
- TCP/IP, MQTT, BACnet, and/or MODBUS communication protocol experience
- Experience with building management systems in mission-critical environments
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
